What does Lead Time indicate? A: Lead Time indicates the total business days it typically takes for you to receive your product. Lead Time begins once we have received your order. Lead Time is a total estimate of production time and delivery time. If you would like your package expedited, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.441.6275 or 813.988.6000 or orders@markmasterinc.com. What does Manufacturing Time indicate? A: Manufacturing Time is an estimate of the amount of time it takes us to finish your order and prepare it for shipping. Manufacturing Time does not include shipping. Larger orders may take longer, but you will be advised when you place your order when you can expect it to be complete and when it will be ready to ship to you. How long does shipping take? A: Depending on your needs, we can ship your order to you in a variety of ways. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business day, but we have expedited shipping options and can also rush your order through production. Ask your customer service representative for the best approach to get your order to you on or before your deadline. How do I know if MarkMaster received my order? A: After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include all the order information. Please retain this confirmation email for your records. What do I do if I want to cancel my order? A: If you want to cancel your order you must call the Customer Service desk at 1.800.441.6275 or 813.988.6000 within 24 hours. Please have your order number(s) available. We cannot cancel orders once the order has gone into production. How do I check my order status? A: If you need to check the status of your order please enter your order number in the red box on the header of our website. A: If you receive a defective product, please return it to us with a description of the issue. We will exchange it or repair it at no charge to you.
